Husband, father, itinerant fool. Mistakenly and sometimes purposely off the tracks.

I enjoy depth psychology, synchro-mysticism, meditation, movement, music of the heavy kind, herbalism, gardening, D&D with my kids, and fetch with my dog. I also enjoy pretending I’m good at martial arts, surfing, and being able to speak to animals, plants, and rocks.

I’m an engineering manager at Headspace. Before that, mobile engineering across design, wearables, and IoT. Another lifetime ago, a researcher at the University of Cape Town, untangling how people share, present themselves, and make meaning through mobile technologies.
